Mission Statement

Rollie Winter & Associates, Ltd., and American Management Group, Inc. are
involved in providing retail, office, and industrial users an affordable, well
designed working environment through the creation and / or acquisition of quality
real estate property in the Fox Cities and throughout Wisconsin.

We strive to provide a full circle of services to meet the goals of both modest and
substantial investors in real estate investment. These include proper planning,
cost-effective development and / or acquisition, market sensitive management and
operation, and eventual disposition.

As a result, we operate and staff a brokerage, communications, and management
department to serve our customers with the highest quality service. We are
constantly striving to maintain and improve our public image as a quality,
affordable owner and operator of real estate properties. We subscribe to the code
of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate
Management, and the Code for Equal Opportunity.

As needed, we employ outside experts in appraisal, architecture, planning,
engineering, construction, accounting, and taxes to accomplish our goals and
those of our customers. We encourage and require continuing education among
our employees to maintain the necessary expertise required for effective
