Meet Our Team

Rollie Winter & Associates, Ltd., was founded in 1962
by Rollie Winter, an Appleton Junior High School
teacher. Within a short period, a strong work ethic and
excellent reputation found him supervising a residential
real estate staff of over 35 in four locations.

Joining the team in 1973, Steve Winter, a CCIM, added
Commercial Real Estate services to Rollie Winter &
Associates, Ltd. By 1980, under Steve's supervision,
the team had grown to include over 60 employees at
four Century 21 franchises, a full service Commercial
Real Estate company and Property Management
services.

Wanting to specialize in full service Commercial Real
Estate and Property Management, Steve decided to sell
the residential company and with his wife Teri, a CPM,
formed American Management Group, Inc., to handle
all aspects of property management services.

The addition of Chris Winter, CPA, in 1998
strengthened the financial and brokerage expertise of the
company.

With strong family heritage and over 30 years of
experience, Steve has led our team in the development
of over 150 projects, numerous sale/lease-backs, and
property management for over 3,000,000 square feet of
commercial real estate.

takes pride in personally helping every customer
succeed in business by listening to their individual
needs and helping customize each project to meet the
