In 2000, we successfully partnered with School
Specialty in a long-term sale/leaseback transaction of their 331,615 square foot Midwest Regional Headquarters in Greenville. |

In 2004, we partnered with GingeRootz
Restaurant on a north Appleton
restaurant/office development. Two buildings totaling 8,850 square feet occupy the site. |

We were recently selected by the Appleton
Redevelopment Authority as the developer for
the former Valmet site, a 2.7 acre parcel along
the Fox River. A 15,000 to 20,000 square foot
building with several restaurants and service
oriented businesses is planned for the site.

Over the last 18 years, we successfully developed
with the Copps Corporation/Roundy's and Fresh
Brands Distributing, Inc., over 20 locations
throughout Wisconsin. We have acquired the
majority of these properties as a result of long-
term sale/leaseback transactions. |

In 2004, we acquired the former Wichmann
Furniture building for a full scale rehabilitation
project. The property is now home to
Timberland Furniture & Décor.

Another extensive rehabilitation undertaking was
the former Treasure Island property in Grand
Chute in 1995. Since breathing new life into the
project, the center is now home to several national
retailers including Harbor Freight Tools, Tuesday
Morning, Dollar General, and Kinko's.

In Northeast Appleton, we designed, built, and
successfully leased a 20,000 square foot
retail center in a joint venture with SECURA
Insurance Companies. The center remains a
successful and prominent part of our portfolio.

We were the original developers of Nicolet Square,
an upscale retail development near the Fox River
Mall.
